• Store details: store name, logo, address, contact info, shipping details.
• Payment info: handled via third parties (Tranzila / Stripe) — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage info: IP, browser type, sign-in times, panel actions.
• Cookies: used for sign-in, preference storage, and usage measurement (see section 6).

3. How we use the information

• To deliver the platform — admin panel, recurring billing, support.
• To improve the service and develop new features.
• To contact you about your account or important service changes.
• To comply with legal requirements (e.g. tax reporting).

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your information. We do work with service providers who help us operate the platform:

• Tranzila / Stripe — payment processing
• Amazon SES / MailerLite — transactional email
• Twilio — SMS messages
• Google Analytics / Facebook Pixel — marketing-page usage measurement

5. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards: TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access control, daily backups, and automated anomaly monitoring.
