1. Our Commitment
Shop123 is committed to making its digital service accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with the Israeli Standard IS 5568 based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines.
2. What we've done to make the platform accessible
- Full keyboard navigation across all core actions
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and background in most components
- Alternative descriptions (alt text) for primary images
- Font-size scaling per browser settings
- Support for common screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver)
- Clear labelling of form fields and error messages
3. Parts that are not yet fully accessible
Some parts of the site may still be pending accessibility work — mainly individual merchant storefronts whose design tweaks are the merchant's responsibility. We are continuously working to close remaining gaps.
